- We are looking for an immigration attorney to serve as a part of the CAPDS Padilla unit which is comprised of three other attorneys and supervised by an attorney director.
- In addition to providing appropriate immigration advice to defense attorneys, the attorney will assist in training, mentorship, data collection, and help the team lead develop and streamline CAPDS immigration processes.
- Collaborate in the implementation of an immigration specialist in a managed assigned counsel program.
- Accompany criminal defense attorney to plea negotiations to explain immigration process, as needed.
- Provide mitigation letters for negotiation of criminal case resolution, as needed.
