Job Description:
As Field Operations Manager, the work is a mix of administrative as well as in the field. Responsibilities include:
Private training and practice with current members (for Quality Assurance Quality Improvement)
Onboarding members and evaluation of existing members
Recruitment and membership HR
Manage day to day operations
Maintenance of vehicles 
Organization at base, distribution of equipment and management of inventory


Required Experience:
Certified Paramedic with experience in the field 
Good physical health
Certified ambulance driver with good driving record and ability to respond to emergency calls
